Ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or ask how a request was handled.
Email a privacy request →Before you write
Send your message to support@pezani.app. If you can, include:
- your name and the email or phone number linked to your Pezani account;
- your country and city, plus whether you are using Android, iPhone or the website;
- the app version or browser, and the business, listing or Quick Finder request involved;
- what you expected, what happened instead and the steps that led to it; and
- a screenshot or short screen recording if it makes the issue clearer.
Please remove passwords, verification codes, full card numbers and other secrets before sending an attachment. We review messages in the order received and may ask a follow-up question when a detail is missing.

Impersonation, misleading information, abusive messages, suspicious offers or content that should not be here.
Safety and reports
If a listing, message or offer feels unsafe, stop the conversation and email us with the link, name or screenshot. Do not send money or sensitive information solely because someone appears on Pezani. Pezani is not an emergency service; for immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency service.
Business enquiries
Want to list a business, correct a profile, explore a partnership or help more people find what you offer? Email support@pezani.app with “Business enquiry” in the subject and tell us your business name, city and what you would like to do.
Privacy questions
For access, correction, deletion, objection or other data-protection questions, email support@pezani.app with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
